2022 Enhancements
“The grass is always greener on the other side”, especially here at Castle Dargan Golf Course and it’s about to get a whole lot greener!
We are delighted to announce that a significant investment has started. We are excited about the new developments and improvements which have taken place over the last twelve months. Over this period, with the support of Leader Funding, the enhancement program has seen over €400,000 go into the Golf Course during this period, to aid the drainage of the course and to extend the playing season for our members and guests alike.
Agronomist James Healy, with over 25 years’ experience has been overseeing this work. We are delighted to have James and his expertise on board. The main focus of the works will be the fairways, amongst a number of other exciting aspects.

Driving Range
The Castle Dargan Estate Driving Range offers members and visitors an ideal environment to develop more skills on the mechanics of your swing, to ingrain a better tempo or rhythm, or maybe you might prefer to hit a few balls when you have a spare moment.
ONLY €2.50 for 25 balls! The Driving Range is open till 10pm every evening and is flood lit.
