We request that you take note of the following guidelines - they are designed to ensure that all of our guests enjoy their time at Icon Spa.

Please keep noise to a minimum.
Please leave all mobile phones and laptops in your locker or hotel room.
Guests under the age of 16 are not permitted in the Spa.
Bathrobes and slippers are provided for your use around the Spa area.
We advise that you should arrive at least 15 minutes before your treatment time, to give you time to change into a robe and relax before your treatment. Late arrival will mean that your treatment time is shortened.
We ask that valuables are not brought into the Spa. Management and staff accept no responsibility for loss or money or valuables.
Spa packages are to be paid for in full prior to arrival. Credit card details are required to secure bookings.
A 24 hour cancellation period is required in order to reschedule your treatment. If the cancellation is made within 12 hours of the treatment time, the full amount will be charged to you. Medi-treatments must be cancelled 48 hours prior to treatment time.
Any guest who has a medical condition, including pregnancy, must make the Spa aware as soon as possible, so that treatments can be arranged for your utmost benefit. Prior to a treatment, please confirm with your therapist that they have been made aware of any condition.

Gift vouchers are available against any spa treatments, products or packages. Vouchers are non-refundable and must be presented at time of treatments. Vouchers are valid for 12 months.
